TRV Corp

Your Trusted Partner for Ion Implant & PVD Process Components

At TRV Corp, we engineer the critical components that keep advanced semiconductor fabrication running at peak performance. For 15+ years, we’ve partnered with FAB engineers to solve the industry’s toughest wafer-processing challenges—delivering precision-engineered consumables that extend maintenance cycles, reduce contamination, and maximize yield.

Our Value Pillars

01.

Engineering for Real FAB Challenges

We don’t just manufacture—we collaborate directly with your engineers to solve critical failure modes. Our smart design, material selection, and process compatibility reduce unplanned downtime and protect your yields.

02.

Precision Manufacturing

From refractory metals to advanced ceramics and polymers (Vespel®, PEEK, PTFE), we design, manufacture, and test to stringent industry specs. Tight process control and strategic partnerships deliver spec-compliant results at competitive cost.

03.

Performance at Scale

Sized to move fast yet handle complex requirements. We combine hands-on collaboration with scalable manufacturing—delivering rapid, cost-effective solutions that improve yields, extend PM intervals, and reduce total cost of ownership.

Ion Implant Reliability

We provide engineering solutions for major ion implant tools including GSD E/EE/HE/VHE, 8250, Purion, ULTRA, VIISTA 810/HC/HCP etc. Our components address the primary failure modes that compromise beam stability and source longevity.

We support critical components across the full ion implanter beamline like Source Assembly, Extraction Electrode Assembly, Analyzer Magnet Assembly, Resolving Housing Assembly, Faraday Flag Assembly, Electromagnetic Reflector Assembly, E-Shower Assembly, Disk Faraday Assembly. Our sources feature an improved design and are approved worldwide, offering proven advantages when running various species, including boron trifluoride (BF₃), arsine (AsH₃), and phosphine (PH₃).

PVD Reliability

We deliver precision-engineered wafer holder assemblies tailored to specific tool geometries and process requirements. Our integrated manufacturing approach combines:

  • Precision machining — dimensional accuracy for proper wafer seating
  • Advanced heat treatment — material stability under thermal cycling
  • Flatness control — preventing component warping that causes wafer stress
  • Zero Wafer breakage- In high-temperature wafer handling environments, our CHM latch replaces conventional bearing-based mechanisms to eliminate the intermittent failures that cause wafer breakage.

PVD Process Components: Shield kits with process-matched coatings, Drive shaft assembly, Magnet support shaft, Seal ring kit, Teflon insulators (RMX/SPA/RM12HP configurations), and custom kits that simplify your supply chain.
